Start

Start with the proposition. Then build the plan.

Frontier Marketing begins with one resilient reason to be chosen and develops it through four connected fields of work.

01

Define a resilient value proposition

Clarify why this organisation is uniquely equipped to solve a specific problem for a specific audience, and why that value will remain relevant as the market changes. Anchor the proposition in capabilities, insight, experience, access or assets that are difficult to reproduce. Define the conditions that must continue to be true for that distinction to endure. A resilient value proposition gives the organisation a stable reason to be chosen while everything around it evolves.

02 · The plan

Create your Frontier Marketing plan

Translate the value proposition into four connected fields of work, each reinforcing the same strategic direction. Define what must be built, tested, measured and learned across them. Let tactics, tools and experiments evolve as new signals emerge, while keeping the strategic core stable. The plan should create movement at the frontier without turning every change into a strategic reset.

Four fields within one plan

02.1

Value proposition resilience

Assess how clearly the proposition creates value today and how well that distinction can hold as the market changes. Identify which parts are durable, which are easy to copy and which depend on conditions that may disappear. Test whether the organisation can continue to be relevant as technologies, behaviours and competitive dynamics evolve. Resilience comes from knowing what must remain true for the proposition to keep its strength.

02.2

Resilience plan

Continuously test how the buyer, the problem and the proposition are evolving. Detect emerging shifts early, assess which ones could materially change demand, and explore how the organisation should respond. Translate those signals into hypotheses, experiments and capability-building priorities. The goal is to keep the proposition relevant as the market moves.

02.3

Marketing frontierisation

Redesign the go-to-market model around systems that compound data, learning, relationships and capability over time. Explore D2C, D2Platform and emerging agent-mediated structures that create more direct paths between the organisation and its market. Identify which intermediaries still create value, which dependencies can be reduced and which new interfaces need to be built. Each market interaction should strengthen the system that follows.

02.4

Agentic resources and GEO

Build the agentic resources that extend how the organisation researches, communicates, decides and acts. Design the GEO foundations that make its entities, expertise and value legible to search engines, LLMs and agents. Create a launch platform that connects these assets, gives new agents a shared strategic and knowledge base, and allows new capabilities to be deployed quickly. Each new resource should strengthen the ecosystem rather than operate as an isolated tool.
